Player Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the ungu4d website accessible at https://ungu4d.cam, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related digital services operated by ungu4d.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform, which enables access to gaming services, deposit and withdrawal functions, and promotional offers.
• "Services" means all gaming products, features, and ancillary services made available on the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player using a real-money payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet) that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Players prior to making withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, directives, and regulatory requirements applicable to the Player or the Platform in connection with the Services.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services. ungu4d strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process, and any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of Indonesia. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to maintain an active account. Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions — including any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly unlawful — are not permitted to use the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or associated accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or household — constitutes a violation of this Agreement. ungu4d reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across such accounts.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to use the Platform: (a) employees, contractors, consultants, or agents of ungu4d or its affiliated companies; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) individuals who have previously had an account closed by ungu4d for cause; (d) individuals who have registered on the Platform's self-exclusion list; (e) individuals acting as agents or nominees for a third party.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You warrant that all information provided at registration and thereafter is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ungu4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify ungu4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

Your registered name must exactly match the name on the bank account or e-wallet you use for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies between registered name and payment account name may result in withdrawal delays or refusal pending additional verification. ungu4d reserves the right to request updated identity documentation at any time.

4 KYC Verification

4.1 Verification Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, ungu4d requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP), showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the past three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face, clearly showing both your face and the document details.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the payment account used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., screenshot of banking app showing account holder name and account number).

4.2 Processing Time

ungu4d endeavors to complete KYC verification within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may require additional time or supplementary documentation. Players will be notified via registered email of any additional requirements or the outcome of their verification.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

ungu4d reserves the right to apply Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) measures to any account at its sole discretion, including requesting additional documentation, imposing temporary transaction limits, or delaying withdrawal processing during the EDD review period. This may occur when account activity raises concerns under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ungu4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Indonesian players:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Electronic wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply depending on account verification status and VIP tier. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding standard daily limits should contact customer support at least 24 hours in advance.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by ungu4d's payment processing system. In rare cases, bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect due to interbank processing delays outside ungu4d's control. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transfer receipt and transaction reference number.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day. ungu4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under two (2) hours for verified accounts during operational hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative has been approved by our compliance team following additional verification.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ungu4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player through their banking institution are the Player's sole responsibility.

5.6 Third-Party Payments

Players are strictly prohibited from depositing funds from a payment account not registered in their own name, and from requesting withdrawals to a third-party account. Any deposit received from a third-party account will be returned to the originating account, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect Players and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible Players as determined by ungu4d at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first deposit only. Subsequent promotional offers, including reload bonuses, cashback, and free spin awards, are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the following default conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Only wagers placed using Bonus Funds contribute toward wagering requirements. Real Money Balance wagers do not contribute unless explicitly stated.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories (including, but not limited to, baccarat, roulette, and togel) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, unless the Player has explicitly opted out of the bonus before wagering commences.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings will be removed from the Player's account automatically. Time extensions for bonus expiry are granted at ungu4d's discretion and only in documented exceptional circumstances.

6.4 Abuse and Exploitation

ungu4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play; coordinated multi-account bonus claiming; irregular wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is identified, ungu4d reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and suspend or close the implicated account(s).

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games, slots, and togel draws on the Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. Game outcomes are statistically independent, meaning the result of any one round has no influence on subsequent rounds. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game interface or upon request.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including standard 1X2 markets, Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, and mix parlay accumulators, are governed by the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms & Conditions and sport-specific or market-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail. ungu4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, where the odds displayed were manifestly incorrect, or where the underlying event is subject to integrity concerns.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, the outcome of that round will be voided and all stakes returned to the Player's account. ungu4d is not liable for any loss of profit or anticipated winnings arising from a technical malfunction. If a malfunction is discovered after a payout has been made, ungu4d reserves the right to recover the erroneously paid amount from the Player's account balance.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's auto-play or timeout logic as designed by the game provider. ungu4d is not responsible for losses arising from connection interruptions on the Player's side. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection — particularly important in regions of Indonesia outside major city centers where mobile data connectivity may be variable.

8 Responsible Gaming

ungu4d is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that Players may activate at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you may incur within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of elapsed session time and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its nominated duration.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or introduce malicious code into any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account limits, or self-exclusion measures.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward ungu4d staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ungu4d brand name and logo, website design, software, source code, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ungu4d or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the Player any right, title, or interest in any Platform content beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ungu4d's total aggregate liability to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ungu4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, anticipated winnings, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain secure account credentials.
• Losses attributable to the Player's reliance on inaccurate game odds caused by data feed errors from third-party sports data providers.
• Consequential, incidental, or indirect losses of any kind.

Nothing in this clause shall limit ungu4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any Real Money Balance remaining in your account. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn upon voluntary account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied at the time of the closure request.

12.2 Termination by ungu4d

ungu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Player's account activity gives rise to AML, fraud, or integrity concerns; (c) continued operation of the account would expose ungu4d to legal or regulatory risk; or (d) ungu4d ceases to offer Services in the Player's jurisdiction. In the event of termination for cause, ungu4d may retain some or all of the account balance to offset identified losses or liabilities. In all other cases of termination, ungu4d will process withdrawal of any verified Real Money Balance within a reasonable period.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of written notice, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's rights pending arbitration.

14 Amendments

ungu4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
